From the recent St. Arnold newsletter: Boiler Room Bonanza at Saint Arnold Wednesday, August 31 - 6:00 - 9:00 PM A few months ago, we kicked off the summer with a special variation of our pleasantly tart Boiler Room Berliner Weisse. That version, with raspberry and brettanomyces added, was a big hit. To get you through the summer, our brewers have been hard at work crafting even more thirst-quenching iterations. You can enjoy them all at Boiler Room Bonanza. On Wednesday, August 31 from 6:00 - 9:00 PM, we'll be tapping all of the following Boiler Room creations - several of them for the very first time. Along with beer, your admission includes our special Boiler Room glass and a hot Slow Dough pretzel. - Boiler Room (the original version) - Grain Room: Boiler Room with Brettanomyces - Boiler Room Brett Raspberry - Boiler Room aged in Chardonnay Barrels - Boiler Room aged in Chardonnay Barrels with Peaches and Brettanomyces - Berry Medilow: Boiler Room aged in Chardonnay Barrels with Cherry, Raspberry, Blackberry and Brettanomyces - Boiler Room Gose Our Executive Chef Ryan Savoie has created several special syrups for the evening too: - Blueberry Clove - Peach Habanero - Raspberry - Cherry Kaffir Lime That's seven variations of Boiler Room! With our house made syrups, you can also create your own concoctions. Of course, you are also welcome to enjoy our other regular beers on tap. You get all of the above (beers, Boiler Room Glass and pretzel) for $25 plus tax. Not included but available for the evening will be a limited food menu from our kitchen crew.
