These guys put pretty much everything on hamburgers, one of my favorites is the Fatty Melt. Hamburger, Bacon, Cheese, Pickles and instead of buns, they use two grilled cheese sandwiches.

This pic doesnt quite do it justice, but a spot by me does a pork burger thats srs deliciousness. 24-hr brine, hand ground pork, roasted long hots, broccoli rabe and sharp provolone. Kind of a cool take on a Philly classic.

Anyone ever make stuffed burgers (Juicy Lucys I think they call em)? I've done it a few times and had varying success with getting the patties to hold together properly while grilling. Doing it in a pan sucked, but on the barbecue it came out much better.

My favorite was doing some with pickled jalapenos and pepper jack.

Have you ever mixed in egg? It helps hold the patty together.
