So I admittedly don't know shit about HotD, but a local friend who owns a brewery asked me if I can get like 12 bottles of this for C+S and a thank you box of his BA beers. I know it's not an attractive offer but hey, trying to help him out.

Unrealistic to ask for a GPIUFMB? abawol01 harrymel? Anyone?

If it's available (I have no idea as I don't follow HotD at all) I can swing by as it's on my way home from work. Hit me up!

Sorry dude, 6 hour drive in summer is dangerous this time of year.

Also, HOTD isn't allowed to have my money.

    That's the going rate.

A $22 bomber equivalent. Bourbon barrel aged old ale with fruit. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Anytime I hear Cherry (or regular) Adam from the Wood + "carbed" used in conjunction:

As a HotD fanboy, I've had several different Cherry Adam vintages, and maybe all of them since at least 2011. As memory serves me:

    1. Several have been flat, including the last two I think (as noted by CruisaC).
    2. Some have been carbonated.
    3. Some of the flat ones have been more enjoyable for me than some of the carbonated ones.
    4. Some of the carbonated ones have been among the best beers I've ever had.
    5. None of the flat ones have been downright "bad" for me.

The lack of consistency is maddening, especially considering #4. There's a risk-reward trade-off here. Some are willing to take a chance, other are not.

And that is where dude is at, he doesn't give a shit, loves the beer. I said "aren't they notorious for beers not carbing properly or at all?" His reply "If it's carbed, then that's a fucking bonus."

Yes, and I should have clarified,

Gimme all of the CAftW. And "regular ass" AftW (when carbed) is top 5 beer for me. I'm a huge HotD fanboy. Photekut we still need to drink my Pannepooch and whatever else HotD we have at some point.
