Coldest temperature you can store a keg of beer?

What would be the coldest temperature you can store a keg of beer, around 14%, at without harming the beer?

Regarding your actual question I pulled this from a wine website (figuring the ABV would be similar)

"It depends on the alcohol content, but most wine will freeze at about 15 to 20 degrees F, and it would need to stay at that temperature for a while before it freezes solidly. Alcohol's freezing point is lower than water, but as the water content of the wine begins to freeze"

Now you question specifically says "harm" not "freeze" so really I have no idea.

I would also think that a 14% beer would probably hold up better than a 14% wine, as my guess is that there'd likely be a lot more residual sugar in the beer too, which lowers the freezing point of the beer.
