I don't know if I have missed the other threads but it is infected right? I opened a bottle tonight that I have kept in my cellar(real cellar not closet) and it was tart. What has Surly said about it?

Mine gushed when I opened it and had about a half inch head on a slow pour then tasted pretty tart. I poured it out after 2-3 sips. Mine was infected no doubt.

I drank a 2014 a few months back and it wasn't infected. Pretty tasty but I wouldnot trade again for it.
