But going back a few years, I apprenticed at a couple locations (White Birch, Hill Farmstead). I then moved on to be the consultant and only employee for 8 months and the only production employee until my termination, at Blue Lobster in Hampton, NH. (355bbl annual, tiny is an understatement) I was given the corporate shove off after being denied stake in the business months earlier. Here I stand. Unemployed, but looking to and working towards the future. With something I care, most certainly, too deeply about. How was that? I'm slightly notorious for my social ineptitude and overuse of cliches.
