As I continue to do work on making cellared beer disappear, this is a sentimental one.

Its kinda the beer I choose to put me in the mood for the holidays as I went to the Southampton releases in their hay day, got wrecked drinking it on tap in January and then typically didnt touch the bottles for almost a year. This was also one of the only special release my since deceased friend went to with me.

It's good... it's a little light on body but the flavor is there.

You gotta be next level Fantome nerd to even recognize this beer. Released 6 years ago, I purchased it thinking it was a one-off in Dany’s benefit Sante! series. Turns out, the brew has nothing to do with Fantome and just the artist used the Fantome Sante ghost likeness for this beers artwork.
