Heading back to London tonight for two more days of work before I finally go back to the US. But first, I need to eat and drink a little more of Belgium. Here's a boudin noir and sauerkraut and pork belly sandwich from Pistolet.

This one is new to me and, in my opinion, this is far better than the coffee I would normally be drinking right now. Especially since I'm looking out at our first real snowfall of the season.

Yeah, that’s a fantastic beer. All the hip hops, but with a malt backbone that’s missing in many beers in the Northeast.
