    Hair of the Dog with dog.

    Bourbon Fred from the Stone 2019. Based on the price differential, Alan charges $10 for barrel-aged beer and $4 for bubbles.

    I hate the Stone thing, from past memory, and this reminds me why. It takes the body off of Fred and imparts a minerally, slightly watery finish to an otherwise mapley, candied beer. Glad I only bought one, which is unfortunately turning into my HotD refrain over the past 5 years.
