I was actually going to read it but the site requires Flash and screw that.
I'm happy to let everyone know, we've found a starter home!
Stoked for y'all and excited to try what's to come!
Stopped by garden path yesterday. Tried the mixed ferm hoppy blonde and table mead. The blonde was very enjoyable but the mead was fantastic. I certainly haven't had a mead like that but now want much, much more. Imagine the way a dry cidre can be the essence of apple but also so refreshing. Well now think that but with honey. It was botanical almost in the way gin is. They had a raspberry version in bottles that sound like they will be released sometime soonish. Really enjoyed the visit, keep up the excellent work!
I was up there a few weeks ago and had their blonde, it was really nice. Didn’t stay long since my wife and daughter were out in the car, though.
