Hi everybody! I'm extremely new to beer (Consuming and Brewing). I was hoping to get some information: What is something you wish you would have known before you started home brewing? Any suggestions or ideas are welcomed!
    Thank you,
    Michaeli--

    1. You will end up spending much more than if you had just bought commercial beer.

    2. Sanitation is the most important thing.

    3. Read John Palmer's How to Brew before doing anything else.

Thank you, Wuntrikpony! Someone else also suggested that book, so I guess it must be a good one! :)
