I'm curious if anyone has an opinion or details about drinking Art fresh vs aged. Thanks!
I can only speak to Batch 2 but I thought it was slightly better at 1 year than it was fresh. It seemed to be a little more soft and the flavors integrated a bit better. But I mean it's Art so it's always fantastic.
I think, in general, HF beers turn into brett-bombs around the 2yr mark and lose a bit of the nuance.
