Hill Farmstead and Tree House @ Harbor Brewfest ?

Hill Farmstead and Tree House Brewing will be available for VIP ticket holders at the Harbor Brew fest this Saturday. Per the Brew fest FB reply to the question the beers have been privately donated. What's the legality of something like this? Do the breweries know about this ? Do they want their beer served, at a fest, by non employees?

trying to think of loopholes but if they are offering the beers in VIP and charging more, they are selling things illegally
