Finally found a bottle of Shark Brand Sriracha. Lives up to the hype.

I will send some sexy photos of my more obscure, local, region, etc. sauces later. But this is what I defer to....lame I know, but I can get it anywhere and it makes me happy enough. I keep one in my glovebox, for emergencies.

I've been using the Chipotle Tobasco on pretty much anything slightly Mexican lately. Addictive for sure. The regular Tobasco is also my favorite for peanut soup.

Outerbridge's Sherry Pepper Sauce. Basically herb/spice infused sherry wine steeped with chiles. But $9 to have a 5oz bottle shipped? No thanks.

Is good very easy to be making own pepper mash. Is much like kvas with ryebreads but instead you are just putting peppers blended up in jar with some salt then cover with cloth to sit in cellar. I am using chinese peppers these days is very flavor.

One crock of mash is lasting for much. You can make with vinegar or even beer to have bottle of hot sauce and only is taking maybe two spoons.

I love Cholula on my burritos. Original and chipotle Tabasco for everything else.

I don't have good hot sauce, I just have a lot of hot sauce: Cholula, Sriracha, Franks (always franks), tabasco, some weird mango habanero shit, a lot of harissa (which i guess really isn't hot "sauce" but its fucking delicious), lots more shit I can't remember.

Anyone tried the new "limited edition" jalapeno Heinz ketchup? Pretty legit and easier than mixing tobasco into ketchup.

We get this awesome orange pulp habanero sauce from Chile here in Texas that is cheap and fantastic! It gave me the urge to start making my own a few years ago and I have perfected a pineapple habanero sauce that is super spicy but has an amazing finish of sweet fruits.

don't limit it to just sauce. Make it "Bring the Heat" bif, where every thing tear inducing counts. Must include a chile/hot beer.

I've been a die hard Sriracha user for years. I still use it on most things when it's available, just not Mexican food or eggs.

    My go-to sauce right now:

El Yucateco is fucking awesome though, no matter how generic. MordorMongo knows what's up. I'm a huge fan of both the red and green habanero varieties.
