Looking to drink A&T again, Bokkereyder, and the recent batch of Lambic D'Aunis since I know it's not that rare. Open to LPK (multiples), Armand Seasons, OGVs (no '14), pre-2009 St. Lam, and 3F bottles that survived the thermostat incident.

    FT:
Triple Shot (multiples), BA Affogato (ONLY for A&T), King Julius (multiples, ONLY for A&T), Very Hazy (multiples), C47, Treehouse regulars and I also have access to fresh Trillium

    PM with offers!

Yeah, this is a giveaway. Was the recipient of an out of the blue box from niner99 recently, and want to return the favor to someone on this great site. No idea what I'll send, but it'll be delicious and something you can't get in your area. Answer two questions:

    1. I ran a marathon last Sunday - what was my time, to the second (i.e. 4:12:35)?

To narrow this somewhat - this was my second full marathon, and I improved greatly on my first one. My PR in a half marathon is 1:26:53.

Also, since my results are obviously discoverable, I'll include a tiebreaker:

    2. My GPS watch estimates calories burned - how many calories did I supposedly burn during the race?

Closest to my time wins, but in the event multiple people get the time, the tiebreaker will determine the winner. Will keep this open until the weekend at least. The winner will also be relatively active on TalkBeer - 50 posts I'll say.

    Cheers!

What if I’m not interested in the giveaway, and would rather complete a trade as posted?

Congrats on the race! You got me. I got a chuckle out of your post before clicking on this thread. I'll guess 2,666 calories.

Do you take bathroom breaks or are you the type of dedicated human that just let's it go?

In order to estimate the calories we need to know how much BCBS you had the night before the run

This is how I imagine it would look if most of us gathered to run a "marathon".

Cheated and looked up your time because I'm a nosy runner - nice work man! Took me til my 8th marathon to where you are on your 2nd. Not entering the giveaway because I'm trying to cut back on my drinking so I can actually run another damn race at some point.

Thanks man! If you noted my splits, I still have quite a bit to learn. Miles 1-4 I ran way too fast despite my efforts not to haha. And just sign up for a race if you can - that's the best motivation to get out there running again, even as life (and the occasional one beer too many) gets in the way.
