    My favorite casual VSOP is Kelt - Tout du Monde.

    Here's the gimmick. TL;DR they found that ocean maturation has a considerable impact on the flavor of the cognac. So they fill barrels and ship them around th

    When I feel fancy, I grab my bottle of Hennessy XO. This stuff is like candy. If you have the coin for a bottle, I would highly recommend it!

    My glass of choice is Riedel Vinum Hennessy Cognac glass. It's more of a tulip style than a snifter, but I think it makes for a much sweeter and more pleasant bouquet.

    Hey guy.... what about other brandies? I've got quite the collection of Armagnac. And a few Cognacs. But the real brandy drinker knows Armagnac is where it's at. ;)

    Start your own thread and GET OFF MY LAWN! I have a special place in my heart for cognac. I find that it is region-specific enough to have it's own thread, just in the way that Armagnac is.

    Just make it all brandy here. I don't think there's enough people drinking it to branch off. If I started a Jerez thread I'd be talking to myself the entire damn time.
