    lift with a guy i met at a different gym a year or so ago
    just whatever the gym is playing which is usually shitty
    no pet peeves for me, I guess the gym being crowded could be a pet peeve.

    prefer AM, schedule right now is forcing PM.
    i lift at home, so my basement is always empty.
    solo, unless i have a buddy around who wants to pump wit me.
    i have bro-rock radio playing. not my usual jam, but it gets me pumped up.
    no peeves, 'cept fur how expensive equipment is...currently looking for a reasonably priced power rack.

    Would love to have a home gym. Everything is expensive but will last forever which is nice. I like the dungeony feel to home gyms. And the option to have nudies hangin everywhere

    Chest day yesterday:

    Hammer strength bench 90x12 - 180x10 - 270x5 - 270x5 - 270x4 - 270x3 (wrist injury, srs)
    Hammer strength incl. bench 90x17 - 210x8 - 210x8 - 210x7 - 210x7
    Cable xover (per arm) 50x9 - 50x7 - 50x5 - 50x6
    Dips to finish off - bwx13, bwx9

    10 minutes of HIIT

    I could be in better shape. Trying to lose my post-wedding gut (took a month off from the gym, ate like shit), so gains will be slow.

    Right now I do:
    Chest (above)
    Back
    Squats / shoulders
    Cardio / abs / calves

    I find that bis / tris get enough work with this approach. But I might dedicate a separate workout to them soon. I'm about 7 weeks into this cycle, so I'll change it up at the beginning of May.

    I used to do 1.5-2 hour workouts daily, but I got mentally burned out. Now I try to be in and out in 75 minutes.

    EDIT: I think my biggest holdback is nutrition. 1v1, I'll drop you a BM soon. And also a private message with questions.

    I'm about 3 weeks into a workout my brother wrote up for me and I'm starting to see nice gains. Down about 2 inches in the waist and about 10lbs overall, so I like to think I've added some lean muscle. Tomorrow is legs day, my favorite.

    Hack squats, leg press, lunges, leg extension, leg curls, standing calf raises and seated calf raises.

    Worked on dem cannon balls today. Did not perform like I had hoped.

    Post pics of your guys attainable goal physiques.
    Obvious would post Arnold but don't plan on riding the bike anytime soon, nomsayin? Will find a natty attainable physique to post.

    Set my alarm clock back last night so I could have more time in the gym. It was met with great success. To paraphrase Arnold, 6 hours of sleep is enough and if you need more, just sleep faster

    That's my typical night. I need more. Arnold knew a lot, but drugs enhanced his recovery process.
