Get a cheap AF sanke coupler and take all the balls and plastic pieces out of it. Depressurize a keg, then use the coupler with a funnel on top to fill it up with water and line cleaner. After you blow a keg, hook up your cleaner keg, pull the tap till it runs clear, stop it, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, pull again. Then hook up your new beer and dump the first 2 pints. If you clean the lines every time you never have to worry about it.

Total cost of eating the keg deposit and a cheap coupler is probably 50-60 bucks.
