What. In. The. Fuck. elkhunter36 BURIED me in meat. All sorts of pates and cured and pickled deliciousness. Oodles of Wisco Cheddar 3 to 12 years old, “bandaged” which I’m guessing is cloth and cave aged bangers. Pickled sausage and eggs, both of which I’ve already indulged in. Local bacon and wait for it, his user name isn’t just made up. Some ground elk and and elk “hotlogs”. Also a bottle of local rub and what appears to be homebrewed Mead?

John, thank you so much dude. Killer box. Extremely excited. Happy Holidays to you and yours man!

If he is making mead and not giving me any I am going to *misplace* the bottles I am supposed to pick up this weekend. ;) One hell of a Wisco sampler pack!

I hope you enjoy it all. I had more fun putting this box together than any box of beer I have sent.

The Cheese: In a state full of great cheese the Hook's cheddar is some of the best. I thought the 3 thru 12 year vertical would be fun to try. They also have a 20 year old that they release every few years that sells for $200 / pound.

The Meat: Tons of Germans in Wisconsin and they make lots more than just the Brats we are known for.

The Rub: Use it on your next batch of ribs in the smoker. Trust me.

The Elk. Fresh from this fall. Lots of TB friends have had those snack sticks.

The Mead. Yes it's ours. Please let me know what you think and be honest. And yes trickytunadicky don't worry you will be getting some. ;)
