Of course the team to ruin me in the end was the BravoDawgs... er, Braves.

    Congrats, mborden!

I told jammery he wouldn't have to send me beer if I won. I didn't win. So, time for you to pay up, JS. ;) I'm waiting impatiently for my Bu Kitty. Mrrrow.

according to my advanced methods of calculation, the Baltimore Orioles of Balmaw scored 17 runs on 5/13, which is the 2nd highest total of runs scored in one game behind the Phladelphia Jawns, who are surprisingly good but still pretty inept at scoring more than 5 runs.
anyway, unless i made a mistake and it's proven otherwise in the next 24 hours,
andyctree will receive a box of delectable beers from me.

I'll play again. I actually cared about baseball for a few weeks (months?) there. I think my Google assistant was confused why I was looking up Rockies scores.

Met up with pdurrrr today to collect on the LIF - I had no idea he was the mastermind behind Second City Meadery! I've been jonesing to try these meads for a long time now and have even entered each of their social media giveaways!

Super pumped to try these - thanks Peter!

It was nice to meet you man, you're much less awkward than you assured me you were. Hope you enjoy the meads!

Anybody looking to put together a World Cup bracket type BIF this go around ? I'm an uber casual soccer fan, meaning I follow it every four years during WC but know zilch about it Basically a bandwagon asshole looking to give myself another something to watch and wager beer on.

    This just made me laugh.

Brady (I think) shared a couple of your bottles at Gene's Christmas shindig. I am not a mead expert by any means, but I really enjoyed them.

I am glad it was jvanaus who won your LIF because of what he said above. That, and he's a pretty standup guy [insert bad joke about him being a thousand feet tall]. :)

Awesome, glad you liked them! Brady is a good friend of mine who has been really helpful in getting a lot of feedback for our meads
