Here we go.
Fuck that cfrances33 guy anyways
Do these guys make anything that tastes like soda cuz if not IDGAF
And for posterity, do you mind changing the title to Transient Artisan Ales Thread? I dont want any Mikkeller talk in here
cfrances33 is the fuckin worst
Has anyone had Cuvier yet? I've been unsuccessful in trading for it since I missed its very small release window at a few stores. I need all dem Transient ticks.
Is Betts on TB? I wouldn't mind hearing a few more non-email updates, especially when non-reserve members beers hit the streets.
I haven't had it yet, but have a bottle in the fridge. I can save it for you. I'll have to save plenty of Transient for another big spring/summer saison fest.
We should definitely do that, and choose a date I can make this time
Hopefully do it around my birthday in late April again this year, potentially pushing back into May for weather. Definitely great to have outside, if possible.
Curious how people would rank the releases so far, which ones would you recommend trying to track down vs. ones that could be passed up.
We got a perfect day last year. Hoping for that again....minus the skunks.
Both the Wild Turkey Betise and Wine Betise were really damn tasty. If you like brett IPAs try to grab a Wayward.
Personal favorites so far:
Red Wine Presque (very Cascade-like)
Red Wine Obelus
I haven't really dipped into a lot of my bottles quite yet, so that is what I remember standing out to me so far. Wayward is beyond crushable and I loved Hop Drank on tap so I imagine the bottling will be fantastic too. Highly suggest seeking out Salarium when he bottles it as well.
Hope this come to fruition. Really liked it on tap.
Henry is a damn fine porter.
I enjoyed this as well. Had more of a roasty and dry Euro feel as opposed to a hoppier American version.
