Pliny hands down.

Every Heady Topper I've had (while I love cans) was mistreated and tasted like metal/hops faded like they sat in the sun too long. So while I've had both and still say Pliny. I'll reserve my final judgement until I taste it fresh just canned.

But I still have a hunch I'd go Pliny. Heck, Double Sunshine & Kern Citra should be in this discussion too, I actually think those two are at the same level if not above HT & Pliny.
