I'll try to swing by around 5:30. I'll post up here prior to see if you're still around.

Is it normal to feel like you're slowly going insane because the town I live in is the same population of Bend, yet has zero breweries, whereas Bend has 26?
Seems every town has at least one.
Rio Linda probably has one.... sigh...

Mraz is opening up a brewery in Folsom this year, yay! Restaurant, brewery, and large outdoor area. Finally we get a brewery!

I hate sours, tried too many times without liking them.
They have other decent brews, and am used to paying too much for a pint.
I really like modem tones, so at least I have their stuff available in stores to fall back on

I hit up Moonraker in Auburn today. I've had a few of their beers since their very recent opening and they showed a lot of promise. Good to above average. Pretty awesome for first batches from a new brewery.

Today I tried the KOJO "East Coast" IPA. it was delicious! Also a nod to the Milk Stout that was very good.

    Check em' out!

I also recommend checking out Moonraker. I went there'll the first day of their soft opening and it's a really nice space. I thought the beer was good and can't wait to try more from them as they grow.

It's pretty tasty. A bit unbalanced to the sweet side but already a top IPA for the Sacramento area. It sold super quick too.

    So sad, dammit.
I was looking forward to seeing what Jeremy was going to create.
He sold his interest in KD almost a year ago and was hoping for a summer opening at Revision.
Who knows how long it will be before we see any of his stuff. Dammit.

Stopping by Davis tonight. Is the Dock Store worth visiting? I saw some positive reviews earlier in this thread. Was planning only on going to the Shoppe.
