Most of us have likely heard about this now, but it hasn't yet been posted up for discussion.

Looks line AB, Miller-Coors, and ABC liquor stores have gotten together for a lawsuit over the tourism exception law AB actually helped create quite a few years ago.

So interesting coincidence,

The Florida Independant Spirits Association, FISA, that is heading this lawsuit has none other than George Knightly, of Knightly Spirits, on it's board of directors. I think that makes it really simple to decide where I will not be spending my money when I make it down to Orlando.

What about Total Wine? Luken's stands behind the brewers. I guess I'll be staying away from ABC. But i'm one of those agitators.
