Q39 is rated as the number one restaurant in KC on TripAdvisor and for good reason if you ask me. Enjoy!

    Glad you enjoy it!

The CBS and Hunahpu speak for themselves, but I would love some feedback on the cans. My father is an Assistant Brewer at Imperial Oak and these are the first beers they've canned with a mobile canning company.

Sorry about the box as it truly wasn't an attempt to get your place messy, but was how a leftover 6 shipper got sent to me.

    Cheers!

Box #11 came in from purephase and it's another killer box of liquids:

    Counterweight Void Coffee Stout
    Yellow Springs Boat Show
    Warped Wing Superba
Voodoo BBVD (Only beer here that I've had, and not since it was back in 22 oz bottles. Excited!!!)
    Wolf's Ridge Nippert (BiL!)
Brothers Drake Apple Pie (MORE MEAD!)

Great selection of beers new to me, can't wait to dig into them! Thanks!

Glad everything arrived in tact! The Voodoo is actually Chocolate Big Black Voodoo Daddy. They reused the regular label for cans and just used a green sticker to denote that it was the chocolate variant.

I think I just got fooked on by blckout20...

Aside from the Kent Falls Brewing (new to me beer/brewery), HF across the board...

    Birth of Tragedy
    Fear and Trembling
    Madness & Civilization
    Convivial Suarez
Florence (My neighbor just helped himself to my last bottle of this on Saturday, I'm so pleasantly surprised I have another to enjoy!)

Just incredible boxes I'm getting. You guys are far too kind, and I am beyond excited to find an opportunity to share these with some good people once I'm back on the beer (and I'll do my damndest to put away as much as possible before then!)

The Prediction....pain was pretty good. 8.4% abv? I don't think it tastes like one. It's nice, clean, fruity. It's done well. Very drinkable

Glad you enjoyed, and think they are canning a few new things on Friday. And now that I know how to send you beer...

I left it in his fridge and had a date night with his wife the next night. I'm not mad he took it, I'm running out of time to drink this much beer, but I'm glad I'll get another crack at it, maybe sometime down the road.

    This freaking guy...

So, as I had mentioned there were a few casualties to the original box, but I was more than happy with the survivors to consider it a solid win either way. Not only does elkhunter36 replace, verbatim, each of the bottles that perished, but he threw in a couple more, because god forbid there be an empty spot in a styro shipper:

Funk Factory Meerts w/ Tart Cherries
    Funk Factory Meerts*
    Concord Pyment Homebrew*
    Garagiste Blue Mountain*
    New Glarus 2016 Vintage*
    Garagiste Reboog Razz

    (*Replacement Bottles)

This is a ridiculously nice box that was, while unnecessary, incredibly appreciated. Can't thank you enough.

Just got my last box from drbenzo, and it was a doozy to wrap things up with:

I can't even list all the Modern Times cans in here, but this selection is incredible and will be put to good use, going to try to power through most of these this weekend. Already have the Crowler and Cold Brew in the fridge for D&D tonight!

I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to all the senders in this. I keep doing this BIF every year because I love seeing the generosity of all the longtime users and participants of this site. The community is incredibly tightly knit, and while it tends to prevent new users from joining out of sheer intimidation, it has created a unity among users that drives generosity and kindness to other members that's unmatched elsewhere on other beer hobbyist websites. It's humbling to be the target of that generosity, and I hope that I will be able to soon repay it. I have a LIF in the works to pass on some of the good beer karma soon, so keep your eyes peeled (and don't worry, it won't be with Mead, that's all selfishly going to be drunk be me.)

    Survivor 2.0, anybody?

Cheers fellas. You guys are awesome.

    Awesome!
That crowler is Beastmaster (top row middle can) with blueberries. It’s a club crowler release. I thought it would be fun to try them side by. Cheers and glad I could contribute to the D&D party!

Starting a new Character tonight, my Half-Orc paladin is going to smash the empty crowler on his forehead, for sure! I will absolutely be trying the base and crowler side by side tonight.
