What did I just read?
Been eating carrots almost every day and have gained 10# in 3 months.
2 weeks ago I left the natural world behind and started to become super human when I joined farmerscarrots only dot come. Carrots are all I consume anymore and my skin tone has finally started to match the natty jaundice/spray tan likes of Trump.
None of this comes without loss though, as you might have seen... in switching to carrots only, it started to impact the lives of people around me. Much like crossfitters ear ravageveveryone, including people who dont care, all about their superior crossfittery, I spoke endlessly about the benefits of carrotry to the extent that I made Gene insane and he sold his website.
Its my fault, ill take the blame. But you all stay jelly in the wake of my orange glow.

OK, my last attempt to lose weight solo didn't work at all. I've actually gained over half what I lost last year.
Competition in this arena seems to serve me best, so I've challenged my heavy (and highly competitive) friend to another 75 day weight-loss competition. Loser has to drive across the state and take the other person out to dinner at the restaurant of the winner's choosing ($200 max bill).
We weighed in Monday. He was 251 and I was 190. Stay tuned for weekly results.
I just did the "Potato Hack " for 3 days straight. Mostly to help with gut health, but also to see if I could make it. Went well. Felt REALLY good the first 2 days. Then felt funky in the eve during day 3.
But, my stomach has been super chill all week. I'm probably gonna incorporate it back into my diet rotation a few times a Month.
Def give it a look.

Day 3 was the worst. I felt like I wanted to claw my eyes out from the lack of sugar.
I actually had 2 beers last night (against the diet's commands as we were out with friends) and still lost 2.5lbs overnight.
Just been having Texas Russets.... mashed.... with pepper and garlic powder. I've had tabasco the last 2 days and it didn't seem to hurt either. Ms. Dash can kiss my white ass.
Switching to vegan during the week afterwards and will enjoy meat only when out or on the weekend (we have friends that do this, so it's not awkward). I think I get why the diet works: it makes you appreciate, uh, annny food? lol.
As far as exercise my wife and I have been walking 30 mins a day. That's it.
All the keto girls in the office think it's impossible.
This is the first I have heard of this shit. I may employ it the week after Thanksgiving.
I would only recommend if you are severely overweight....
No sugar... no salt... no meat... no dairy... no alcohol.... it's enough to drive a man mad.
(and a few toppings with minimal/no salt... oh and coffee is cool)

I used onion salt and seasoning salt from trader Joe's on the potatoes. Really good!
I didn't weigh myself, I don't own a scale. But I felt good. That is what I was curious about.
Only eating potatoes seems really unhealthy.
Pretty sure you could do this with literally any vegetable. Then as soon as you go off, you'll just gain the weight back.
