Does this mean Rob will be allowed to make Atlantic Amber again?
Also I guess future updates will probably belong in the CT thread, but for now:
I resisted posting "will you be making a cannoli-style beer like so many other great CT breweries?"
Hopefully the recipe was buried with that last can of it.
tickers wanna tick bro
I just want an empty can...
I remember when they had a warehouse full delivered to the brewery so they could toss them. You could of grabbed hundreds as they littered the parking lot.
But seriously, I imagine this will only be a benefit for us consumers. NEBco knows what they're doing and I would assume will continue on with the success they've been having (this is not meant to diminish the value that Matt brought to Nebco which is obvious and profound, but they have a very capable staff to continue onward with) and Matt's new venture sounds like it will quickly become a big addition to the local brewery options.
Love the logo for The Ocho
Nebco's beer names are the best.
Looks like Firkin Friday may now be a regular thing at the brewery, as they have a cask of Locust double dry-hopped with Galaxy today. Also I think this is one of the best batches of Ducks in a while and Schnitzengiggles is a lot better than I remembered it as well.
Coriolis cans, and a new beer named Dose!
EDIT: And by new, I mean old, blast from the past with a fat 10-er I've yet to try...
How's the line? Just got home for T-Day, thinking I'm going to try to go at some point this afternoon to at least get cans... Haven't been to a Coriolis release yet though so not sure how this works.
Someone in the facebook line group estimated 70 deep ~15mins ago.
Just got back. Some weird things going on with 'limits' in the taproom, but I ain't got nuthin but praise for NEBCo. Some crushingly beautiful beers on now. Hard pressed to say which was tasting the best. Lines were dying out. I would say you won't wait too long if you go this afternoon. But who knows, there might be a crazy 5 pm rush.
My suggestion is to get in the can only line if cans of Coriolis is your ultimate goal, in the taproom it was a limit of 5 4-packs with a 64 oz growler, 3 with 2x 64 oz. These limits were new to me, seemed like a couple people grabbed a case then got back in line for growlers to get around this. I was happy with a growler of Dose and whatever cans they were giving me
Those limits are based on state law of how much alcohol a consumer can buy at one time. Supposed to be per person per day but obviously people can work around that like you mentioned.
Always thought #2 was best beer they made
