    This X1,000

    1. Buy a bottle of Promised Land Nog
    2. Add Basil Hayden's (yea, yea... I know... Should probably mix with some cheaper) and fresh nutmeg.
    3. ???
    4. Profit?

And it's delicious. I don't think I could make more without doing the egg whites and whipped cream in shifts.

    Ingredient list:
    • 3 dz eggs
    • 4.5 c of sugar
    • 4.5 c Jim Beam
    • 1.5 c Korbel Brandy
    • 13.5 c whole milk
    • 12 c Captain Morgan
    • 9 c heavy cream

    Holy fuck.

I've made 4x 1/2-gallon batches in the last week and I thought I was working hard.

It takes marginally longer to make a 4 gallon batch than a 1/2 gallon batch. Work smarter, not harder.

It's taken me awhile to amass the proper equipment. I think next year I might purchase a massive whisk - something like 18" or bigger. It was pretty hard to mix everything at the end in the 5 gal bucket.
