Medora's evil slut twin sister
But in reality this beer is prolly gonna be serio
I was told by a wicked weed rep that the jester King collab was a month or two out, and would hopefully go into limited distro. This was all a bit guessing on his part (based on batch size and bottle conditioning time) but basically lots of it (reasonably) and in bottles now
When is Mariana coming out? Any word? JK colab? When?
Nope and nope
Pre-sale is during Huna Day so there's no way I'm fucking around with that. Might be there for the general sale though.
After getting all the Angels last year the only one Im interested in buying again is Golden. But that's just me
I enjoyed red and golden. AOD was ehhh and white was mehhhh. I may make a weekend out of this
I'll be in Asheville March 4th and March 5th - anything worth tracking down that might be on the shelves? Is it worth driving out to Fonta Flora?
Nope. No good shelf beer in Asheville.
Jester King collab "Parking Lot" releases next week
Yup, but limited
I thought Parking Lot was pretty tasty.
I feel the same way, but about red.
I will say after some time, White got pretty tasty. Main problem with that beer is that when it was released it was also the same week Succession came out. Both grape forward beers, different but you get the idea. Had them both side by side that weekend so it made it hard to stand out. Interested to see what Darkness turns into because that was the youngest one they bottled by far. One things for sure, never getting Dark Arts ever again
Interesting. I know it doesn't have much trade value but I enjoyed this past year's DA a good bit. I liked the reg more than the expresso. I still need to try the cataclism from Heist, as I hear it is a top shelf NC stout as well.
Anyone going up for Red Angel next weekend? I'll be there, not entirely sure about plans yet though. Also S'mores Stout was released in cans yesterday, and apparently is still there as of today unlike French Toast which sold out quickly. Had a buddy pick up a 4-pack for me last night while he was at the brewpub for dinner.
Really liked the Bramble Barrel bottle I had a few weeks ago. Looking for other sours that are out there that may have a similar taste profile. That was a great beer.
The new 12 oz bottles they are going to be using are sweet.
