Basically putting out a feeler here. I've kicked around the idea of having a charity bottle share for quite sometime now and think I'll be pulling the trigger this spring. I was thinking $50 pp plus two 22oz or 6 pack or growler of something you cant just pull off the shelves (bring out your walez! I will be). I would keep a google doc with all the bottles people were bringing. There would be food, raffles (gift certificates and such) as well as a 50/50. Charity wise, I was thinking http://www.pintsforprostates.org/ to stick with the beer theme but I'm not hard up on that. Another really cool charity is http://www.semperfido.org/, they place service dogs with returning soldiers with PTSD's. I was also thinking possibly http://restoretheshore.com/donate-money-to-local-relief-efforts/. DD's would get in free for the food and na beverages, as well as being able to participate in the raffles/50-50. What do you guys think? Is it something you would attend? Is the price right? Obviously this is on the very begining stages, but wanted to get a feel on what people thought about it. I can lock down the hall and food very easily. Questions, comments, concerns, suggestions all welcome. Thanks
Prost!
