So there's like 3 inches of slushy snow on the ground in South Carolina, and that means the entire state basically shuts down, including my university. Since I only teach M/W/F, two day work week for me! That calls for a celebratory Intiharing, Cheers.

Sadly it is empty, inside the box. Even sadder, I didn't empty it. I got the box for cheap off ebay and the bottle came with it. I'm hoping someday I can come across a full bottle somewhere out in the wild, though I hear much of Georgia is pretty picked over.

Starting off Whiskey (barrel) Wednesday with a meeeeeeeh. Base beer is thin so putting it in a twice used (Beam then Cureiux) barrel was an interesting decision.

MBC rocks glass initiated for actual whiskey later.

Whiskey Wednesday is about to become Wasted Wednesday. A friends 9.6% IIPA with galaxy, topaz, simcoe, exp #sumthin or other, and a few more, markinithar style. Working on some lager recipes for all the yeast I picked up at my local today.
