Had a growler of berliner he dropped off the other day. Was pretty nice. Had a slight tint to color and flavor that made me think fruit but could have been lighting.

Win, yeah felt like i was starting to abuse that AMA haha.

Absolutely has fruit. Brewed with blood oranges and lychees.

how was the scene on Saturday? busy?
Kind of ridiculously so given i made the announcement at 1:30am friday, haha. We were straight out the whole time. But working on alleviating waits and giving everyone the best experience we can.

Josh is probably a safer bet haha. Still have a 500ml of passionfruit/raspberry berliner for you!

From FB:
After much discussion, we’ve decided to start our regular days and hours at
Thursday, 3pm-6pm
Friday, 3pm-6pm
Saturdays, 12pm-5pm

for now.
We are working on improving the experience as much as we can. (it may take a few weeks until we can implement and test a few solutions we are working on)

On tap for tasters ($1.50/4oz, one per style per person) and 750ml growler fills ($3 for empty glass* + fill price)

-Arose - 4.8%abv - Our interpretation of a dryhopped House Pale Ale or Table beer. Brewed with 2 row, Munich, CTZ, Cascade, and Equinox. $7/750ml fill
-Auroral - 4.0%abv -
Our interpretation of a Berlinerweisse (read: tart). Brewed with acidulated malts, blood oranges, and lychee fruit. $9/750ml fill
-Agricultural - 6.3%abv -
Our interpretation of a dryhopped Wheat IPA. Brewed with Golden Promise, red wheat, Amarillo, and Huell Melon. $9/750ml fill
-Renascence - 8.1%abv -
Our interpretation of a multigrain Porter. Brewed with multiple wheats, rye, and peat smoked malts $9/750ml fill

We will also have men’s and women’s American Apparel t-shirts for sale in several colors and two styles for $20 ea.
Along with three styles of glassware (stemmed taster $4, long stem wine $7, 16oz short stem $7)

*At this time we will only be filling Deciduous 750ml growlers. We truly apologize for any inconvenience. The purchase price of the empty growler is not a deposit. The growler is yours to maintain and clean. If rinsed properly soon after drinking, we will happily refill and waive the $3 growler cost. If not cleaned or has odor, we will not refill that growler.

As always, a tremendous thank you to you all in advance for bearing with us as we find our rhythm! Hope to see you folks soon!

And our 100% brett 15% adjunct RIS is getting brewed up tomorrow! Wish me luck, largest mash to date. Fingers crossed the mash motor cranks right through it...

Table Gose is chugging along, as is the 100% brett saison, APA 2.0 got dryhopped with hallertau blanc.
And I think that does it for today...
