Good beer has finally come to my neck of the woods. I'm living like a pig in ****. I live 15 minutes walking to D96, life is good.

Don't forget Industrial Arts as well, Wrench is one amazing NEIPA that somehow sits on the shelves.

So you're saying you have a couch for me to crash on. Noted.

Beacon is a beautiful spot. Used to come up every few months for my plan bee pickup. Amazing coffee shop on one of the main drags.

Bank square it is. Amazing cold brew.

Stopped at a Doctor Who themed restaurant last time I was there, called the Pandorica. I'm a fan of Beacon. Wanted to rent a kayak, but it was a bit too cold.
My wife loves it, and everytime I say Hudson Valley she goes "What about Beacon, you going to Beacon?"

Anyone know what the Hudson Valley releases are like? Any possibility to roll up around open and grab a 4pk to go?

Burger Loft and ABH.....oh wait you mean breweries? nah i'll just go to these spots instead

The first Friday night release was moderately chill; I strolled in 45 minutes after opening and was able to get cans. The Saturday releases, on the other hand, seem to be a different story. I can't speak from first hand knowledge, though, as the 7 am lines deter me from going.

I recall buying a 6-pack of their pils (the one with the white on white labels) pretty late into the evening on a Saturday once. I also recall really really enjoying it. So, if they have that, at any time, thats a win.

These releases seem to be drawing all the secondary sellers that used to/still are shitshowing up the Treehouse Parking lot with their chairs saving their place in line.

Okay, so what is going on with Hudson Valley? WHY are people trading beers like Flora and ANTEAD for milk sugar sour IPAs?

What in the actual ****, I need this explained. Seriously.
Treehouse upped production, values dropped, shitlords latched on to something new to inflate the values on.

I saw someone offering a St. Lam on Facebook.

I'm struggling more with why people care that today's beer is a collab with Root+Branch... A brand that existed in name only until this week (I think?) when their beers started popping up.

So we can relate this to any cryptocurrency that's not Bitcoin?

Also, when I mentioned Flora before, the person was willing to offer COST + Flora originally. My god.

Thanks for making sense of this nonsense.

Jason makes amazing beer, and deserves all the hype (and money) coming his way.... with that being said; what people are will to trade for HV cans is beyond me. The bottles they have been putting out are the real bangerz. Valley Beer was my favorite AWA since Brute.

They make some very good beer. And they have been doing so since prior to the Beacon operation. Previously, they were brewing on a very small system in New Paltz. Oldladyfingers & cavedave were drinking there, not a ton of other folks.

And the St. Lam was just one of their friends messing around. Non-release days are a great time to check them out, especially for your first visit.

Agreed on Valley Beer. Hylozoa was amazing as well.

Been a pleasure tasting these guys develop their skills over the years.
