Srs thread is srs.

Seems there are quite a few of you who enjoy the pump. This thread is a place to post all things related.

Start with your personal stats. No e-stats, this is real talk everyone.

Bench: 335
Squat: 365 (weak)
Dead: 405 (weak)

6'-3" 225# at about ~17%
18" Flexed

Currently cutting for dat der summer time.

I haven't tried to max out in a very long time so I have no idea where I am

Did stronglifts 5x5 last summer, saw some solid games and got close to where I wanted to be in bench. (220 5x5)

Looking to find a new program to push me into the 250 range on my bench

Bench: 220 (5x5)
Squat: 260 (weak)
Dead: Quit that shit around 215, need to increase my grip strength in my left hand

I also enjoy overhead press and dumbbell curls

Nice bench! Yesterday I pulled 435 with 4 doubled-over 1/2" chains for a triple. Couldn't tell you how much the chains add at the top, but I can tell you they add at least 35 cool points.
Would love to work with chains.

dat der overhead press, one of my fravorites as well. pushing 110 dumbbells right now for 5.

hells yes! Just finished leg pumping.

I have never maxed out since I pump @ homestead and only have spotting racks, not a spotting person. Maybe I'll max next week tho.

6'1" 190#

Bench: don't fukin know
Squat: maybe dafuq i'll know l8r sk8r
Dead: don't do, fux w/ ma knees. need hex bar. do RDL instead.

Goals: Increase functional strength (poosy goal), get more badass (actual goal).
Routine: Scooby's the shit. He's def a target for h8rs, but who isn't, amirite? Been doing his intermediate routine since 1/1/13.

Looking forward to updating when I have stats.

Gained a stupid amount of weight in the past 2 years from eating shitty and barely working out. Getting back into my cardio for da summa n my cruise in November can ya feel a G.

6'0'' @ 255 at the moment, aiming for 205 by November. Anyone with srs meal plans/adjustments srs please send a BM. Started taking a diet meal replacement shake for breakfast, multiple doses of metamucil (for fiber/lower cholesterol/amazing dumps), raspberry ketones, and vitamen packs. Feeling good about summer '13

edit - have lost 8 lbs so far in the past 3 weeks!

Push day is complete. Established bench at max at 225#, with the spotting assistance of my beautiful wife. Any advice out there on how to warm up for a single max rep attempt? I did pushups then low weight bench (135x5) then mid weight (185x3) before jumping to my 225 single rep. Couldn't do 255, but I tried. Pro tips plz.

Weighted tri dips wreckt a bro. Looking forward to pull day tomorrow, gonna do dem weighted pullups so my lats can look like they're eating my arms.

Srs, three years ago I weighed about 215, dropped down to 180 with a clean diet and cardio, now up to ~190 since I've been lifting. Real talk, try to incorporate weight training into your routine. More muscle=higher metabolism, amirite? And you'll get that natural look you're prob going for. When all I did was cardio I was too thin, IMO.

Srs, good work dude. It's hard out there for a pimp...srs.
