In the drink it now theme/kill the cellar, I've eliminated all my Plan Bee and now have targeted another purveyor of fine acids in the greater NYC area.

The figtasma was all acetone fresh. Drained pour it and it basically put me off buying OEC beer for a while since I was disappointed in them that they would sell something so bad. Plus, I love figs.
Anyway, it's much more drinkable now but nothing to write home about.
Meanwhile, this Salsus Singularis blend 1 is pushing 4 years. I absolutely loved it fresh so why did I let it age for so long? Who knows. I'm an idiot. It's still a very nice beer but I probably would have enjoyed it more if I drank it 3 years ago. Now I'm just a jaded, hard to please asshole, like most of us here.
