On deck - Fruet? Who knows!

Are y'all into Mead? There's a kickass meadery in Indianapolis called New Day. I mean, I think they're kick ass, but I haven't had enough good mead to know any better. They're good, at any rate.
I haven't anything from B. Nektar yet...soon hopefully.

Permanent Funeral is pretty delish for tonight though
I wasn't digging anything from B. Nektar until I tried Necromangocon. That was one damn good mead. I generally gravitate towards green or black tea meads personally - HoneyMaker Tea Mead is probably my favorite amongst the (relatively few) meads I've tried.

I also drank some meads last night. Orange Blossom from B. Nektar and BB French Toast from Kuhnhenn (hnnnnnnnnnnnnnggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhh) which I am going to polish off today (hnnnnnnnnnnnnngngggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh).

I absolutely despised mead until I had it from New Day, but that's probably because I'd only had cheap, sickeningly sweet stuff like Chaucer's. New Day does some good sweet fruit meads but the killer brews are dry and hopped. They also got a Coffee Raspberry mead that's just mindboggling.

Take a look. If you'd be interested in a mead trade, I'd be down:

A certain Indy BA sent me 5 bottles of New Day mead. Sofaking good. Loves it.
