To play devil's advocate, thoughts on the argument that hiring an absolute stud of an OL coach means you don't need to spend the 8th pick on OL and can go somewhere else in the first round?
Totally fair, but I guess I really want to see a sure thing #1 pick after dealing with Kevin White / Leonard Floyd (who looks really good when healthy, but that is always going to be a concern) / Kyle Fuller / Shea McClellin / Gabe Carimi. Only Kyle Long has been a good pick since 2007 and Greg Olsen, and that is also debatable a bit as he is a stud Guard but struggled at Tackle.
