I have been listening to as many albums from this year as possible. So far I have been disappointed. I'm about half way through the all the albums mentioned in the 2018 music thread.

I really think I have been disappointed because most albums are outside of what I normally listen to. Which was why I decided to do this in the first place. I wanted new music.

Also listened to frizzle fry while drinking last night. I love that album.

So I miss buying music at a strore. That was my life as a kid. I lived to go into the City to by a CD Or vinyl.

I also had that life much earlier. All of my 1985-88 pics in the music threads
Will be cassettes or Vinyl I bought at Woolworths as a child (10-13). I recall
Buying them all. It meant a lot and stayed with me for a reason.

You live in SF, you can still buy music in a store.

Modern country is fucking terrible.

Classic Country on the other hand. Conway, Merle, Cash. That shit has soul.
It's better, but I still don't like it. The closer country gets to blues the less I dislike it. If there's a pedal steel you can launch that shit into the fucking sun.
