Road Trip: New Orleans -> Dallas->El Paso -> Phoenix

Hey Beer People. I'm road tripping back from NOLA all the way to California. Any advice for worthwhile beer stops along the way would be appreciated. I'll be conducting my own research via google/forum search, but I'm putting this up just in case I miss something. Thank you!!!

Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co. worth a visit. It is in Gilbert (larger Phoenix metro)

Why Dallas and not Houston? If you take I-10 the whole way you get the added benefit of San Antonio.

Bring some stuff up to Dallas especially if you land any loons in NOLA, would gladly trade and make it worth your while.

Definitely visit Stein's Deli in NOLA.

The name of that store should've been LOONey Tunes a few years back.

New Orleans:
Stein's Deli - by far the best bottle shop. Awesome Jewish deli as well. Bagels, pastrami sandwiches, yum. Great breakfast or lunch spot. The owner used to have Loons, but now he usually won't sell them to you unless you know the secret password/handshake or whatever.

Avenue Pub - Best craft bar by far. Open 24 hours too, although the top floor with some of their more special stuff is only open at night usually.
