I'm in Regina, but here is what I know. I havent been to many of these places, and unfortunately don't really know anyone for you to meet up with. But here goes...
Stores: Co-op Liquor is the best option, it's way the hell in the west end. I've never been but it looks good.
Ingredients is also an option, it's downtown and super expensive, might have some Cantillon.
Breweries: I believe there are only 2, Prairie Sun and Paddock Wood. Prairie Sun is relatively new and in my opinion worth the visit. Paddock Wood have a few decent options, and they also have a pub downtown called The Woods
Bars: I believe the best selection would be Winstons or The Woods. Hopefully someone else can chime in.
