I wonder if they will keep calling it Silva Stout. Or if he can make a new Silva Stout, and do 100% Barrel aging.

I had the same level of excitement when Jeff Bagby announced plans to open his own brewery. Unfortunately, while the beers are generally pretty solid, they lack some of the magic held by Pizza Port's versions.
Hopefully Silva can branch out and improve, and not create just another generic brewery.
