I'm not too upset by it. The little I've read from the Thai coach says he and his team are still just happy to be in the WC.
If they're cool with it and are looking at the game as an opportunity to play against the best, perhaps even some of their favorite players/role models/inspirations, and to grow as players, then it doesn't matter what I think.
Wow. What a gift. When two (questionable) penalties are your only shots on goal, that doesn't say much about your offense. They might be able to win a match like this vs. Spain, but I wouldn't count on it happening vs. the host country, France.
