I had a peated lambic from some blender in Belgium about 5ish years ago. JohnfromPurdue would remember exactly what it was. It wasn't exactly good, but I didn't hate it.
It was an Uli Blend. I don’t remember the name. It’s probably on Lambic.info but I’m too lazy right now. Given that I can’t stand peat or scotch the beer wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be.

The PB stout will be shared with the family tomorrow.
Fox farm is a new brewery tick for me. Really excited for that. Oak aged grisette!
