"We have been selecting and cellaring kegs all year specifically for this event! Join us Thursday, October 24th for a celebration of Imperial Stouts to warm our souls as the weather turns chilly and nights grow longer. Chef Tony Roark will be cooking up a traditional Carbonnade Flamande, a hearty beef and onion stew from Belgium which matches up beautifully with the big flavors of such Stouts.
We are still refining our tap-list but here's what we're looking at so far:
BFM Cuvee Alex Le Rouge
Prairie Ales Prairie Bomb
Evil Twin Even More Jesus
Port Santa's Little Helper
Evil Twin Imperial Biscotti Break
Omnipollo Agamemnon
North Coast Old Rasputin XV
Midnight Sun Moscow Rye
Drakes Zinful Drakonic
Struise Black Berry Albert
Emelisse Creme Imp Stout
Drake’s Blue Bottle
Struise Black Berry Albert
Mikkeller Beer Geek Brunch "Weasel"
Firestone Velvet Merkin BA Imperial Oatmeal Stout"
Anyone going? I didn't hear about this at all until this morning. Fail on the Trappist.
