ill start boys! The fam loved my rib fest!


I use only fruit and pecan wood for. I let them go unwrapped for 3 hours. Then I mix some honey, parkay squeeze butter, brown sugar and more rub together. Cover both sides of the rack and wrap in foil. Smoke em for 2 more hours.

Unwrap and apply your preferred sauce on the ribs and put them on for one more hour. Finally, I put a little more sauce on then and let them go over direct heat for a couple minutes on each side. Take them off the heat and let them rest. Slice them up and eat.

Last weekend it was chicken, hot dogs and Turkey burgers over the course of the entire weekend on a coleman propane grill.
