What’s Brewing? February ‘20 edition

Well this sub forum has been pretty quiet!!
I did brew two batches in January but never got around to posting.
Today is p-lambic brew day! Fifth year in a row. Brewing 5gl 12p wort ferment clean then transfer to a car boy that I build up a lambic blend starter for extended aging.

Brewed what I guess I would call a milk porter in January. Going to keg that up very soon.

Barleywine this coming weekend.

I'm going to probably have to brew up another clean beer for 1st round of NHC. Hmm.... what to brew...
